Elite Hair Lounge Terms & Conditions
At Elite Hair Lounge, we’re committed to giving you the best possible experience every time you visit. To keep everything running smoothly for our clients and team, please take note of our updated salon policies:
Bookings & Deposits
A deposit (£25–£75 depending on service) is required for all bookings.
Deposits are non-refundable but will be held on your account if you cancel at least 2 working days in advance(please note: we are closed Sunday & Monday).
Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in your deposit being forfeited.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give us at least 2 working days’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
“No call, no show” appointments will result in the loss of your deposit.
Clients who miss two or more appointments without notice will be required to pay the full service fee upfront when booking online.
Timing
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a £10 late fee.
Excessive lateness may mean we need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be lost.
Children & Guests
We do not service children under 12.
To maintain a calm salon environment, we also ask that no additional guests or children accompany you to your appointment.
Services & Consultations
All colour services require a skin/patch test 48 hours prior to the service being completed for new customers.
Please arrive with detangled hair to avoid a detangling fee as stated in some service descriptions.
Service prices may vary depending on consultation.
Filming
If you’d like to record or vlog your appointment, please request permission when you arrive at your appointment.
We may record some of your treatment for social media purposes but will always ask for your consent before recording any footage.
Payments
We accept all major debit/credit cards, Mastercard, cash, and Elite Hair Lounge gift cards.
Products, Returns & Gift Cards
All services and products are non-refundable.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
