3. Appointments and Cancellations

We value your time and the time of our stylists. To ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients, we operate under the following booking and cancellation policies:

  • Booking: Appointments can be made in-salon, by phone, WhatsApp, or online. We may require a booking fee or deposit to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your final bill.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of [Insert Time, e.g., 48 hours] notice. We reserve the right to refuse service if a patch test has not been completed.
  • Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancies prior to your service, as this may affect the products or treatments we can safely use.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices listed on our website or in-salon are in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price of your specific service may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and the time required. We will confirm the estimated price during your consultation.
  • Payment: Full payment is required upon completion of your service. We accept cash and most major credit/debit cards.
